Payment Information:

I work on a fee for service basis. My fee is $100.00 per hour. Payment is expected at the time of service. Please contact me to discuss further terms of payment. I also provide out of network services and will supply appropriate receipts for clients to file with their insurance companies for their reimbursement.

Directions from I-440:
Take the 21st Avenue South exit. Once you pass Blair Blvd.(Harris Teeter is on the corner), you will soon take a left on Bernard Avenue. St. Bernard/Convent Place is the large, red brick building on the right. Parking on the upper level is for building tenants only. Please park in the large, lower level parking lot.

To get to my office, you have two choices when entering the building:

For those who do not mind climbing several flights of stairs, please enter the main entrance at the front of the building. This will put you on the 2nd floor. There is a door at the top of the staircase that will open to a long hallway. When you enter the hallway, take the stairwell door immediately in front of you. You will then climb several more flights of stairs to the 4th floor. When arriving on the 4th floor, you will open the door to a small waiting area. I will meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.

For those who prefer the elevator, please enter the building using the handicap ramp. If you are facing the front of the building, the ramp is to your right. The elevator is immediately inside the handicap entrance. Once you arrive on the 4th floor, take a right. Follow the hallway past “Enchanted Brides” and several other office suites. There is a small waiting area outside of my office. I will meet you there at your scheduled appointment time.
